Finding the Rhythm

Snow is falling upwards right now.

Some updates:
  • Visited my bro at Sarah Lawrence.

  • Went thrift shopping with the SLC gals.
Beacon's Closet!
  • Probably slept for 3 days straight.
  • Visited my Aunt Sue in Queens.
  • Met up with the Pinole guys in New York City (Alex from UPenn, Arzhang from NYU, and Zeke from U of Rochester).
Where's Zeke...
  • Hit up NY MoMA.
  • Visited the "white" side of my family for Thanksgiving.
Overall, a win of a vacation. Connor has enlightened me of the wonders of waking up early and seizing the day starting at 7:30AM each day. I tried it today. I might nap soon.

It is finally snowing up here. I am freaking out and the only comfort I'm getting is people telling me that I need a bigger jacket.

View from my window.

I'm very stoked that I am getting more productive as final draw nearer. I have less than three weeks here until I head home for Winter Break. My astronomy buddy, Jeff, and I got our take-home labs back and we were quite content with our scores.

After my Astronomy lab, I got some time to enjoy the school newspaper, the Daily Orange. Some cool things I read:
  • Chancellor Nancy Cantor gave an SU alum Saudi Arabian prince (who is also an astronaut) the Chancellor's Medal for Outstanding Achievement.
  • SU Football and Basketball are both kicking major booty.
  • The Syracuse University National Trial Team won the National Civil Trial Competition in California last week.

I love the Daily Orange.

SU alum, Daniel Sheniak, Nike's Global Communications Planning Director is speaking tonight at Newhouse. More on that later. Until then, stay warm and go orange!

PS: Enjoy a video of my subway ride to the bus station.
